Thad, 27

VP of Growth

Manchester, England → Boston, MA

Thad came over from England with a stiff upper lip and, frankly, a stiff upper everything. Our resident gentle giant — emphasis on giant — he's the reason the office doorframes are reinforced. He takes a famously hands-on approach to leadership, which mostly means being on top of things (and people). He's got a type: smaller, sweeter, easily impressed. He calls it "mentoring our twinks and Asian lads." We've heard the mentoring through the walls. Big believer in delegation — specifically, making sure everyone under him knows exactly who's in charge.

Kayden, 25

Junior Associate (reports directly to senior management)

Boston, MA

Kayden is the baby of the office and will never let you forget it — big "who's going to take care of me?" energy and an even bigger appreciation for men twice his age. He's never hit a deadline without an older, firmer hand guiding him to the finish. Officially he's our Junior Associate; unofficially he reports to whoever's tallest, greyest, and most likely to call him "son" in a stern tone. He likes his coffee strong, his mentors sterner, and his content with a generous helping of large-scale ambition. Office morale spikes whenever a delivery guy over 6'2" walks in.

Alex, 28

Head of Partnerships

San Juan, PR → Boston, MA

Alex never met a partnership he wasn't willing to explore — repeatedly, enthusiastically, usually before lunch. Our most collaborative team member, he's a firm believer that no problem is too big for two (or three, or the entire group chat) to tackle together. Versatile to the core, he refuses to be pigeonholed: he'll take the lead or follow it, depending on the vibe and who's asking nicely. He's got a soft spot for rough boys from the block — the attitude, the chain, the "I don't usually do this" energy. (They always do this.) HR stopped trying to keep up with his calendar. Honestly, so did we.

Caleb, 29

Head of Field Operations

Boston, MA (allegedly)

Caleb is in the office maybe four hours a week — the man is perpetually "out in the field." A devout gym rat who treats leg day like a holy day of obligation, he believes the great outdoors is criminally underutilized and that the best meetings are the unscheduled, no-names-exchanged kind. He's never walked past a wooded trail, a quiet parking garage, or a suspiciously empty locker room without conducting a thorough reconnaissance. Pure muscle, low overhead, zero strings. If you can't find Caleb, check the bushes — he's doing important work out there. Probably.
